Praise for our recent Masterplan course

For me the most valuable part has been hearing guest speakers who are experienced talk about their process. As an ECT teacher it was extremely inspiring and useful to engage with. I am hopefully able to drip feed this into my current practice and continue to develop and grow as a practitioner and teacher.

The course opened up an opportunity to focus on year groups that are often in second place on the priority list due to the demands of KS4 and 5.

Having the option to join the course with a colleague was a real strength for us as it allowed me as a Drama Dinosaur (27 years of teaching) and Joel as an ECT1 to work together to reinvigorate our KS3 offer.

Furthermore, the course offered a safe space to discuss both the opportunities and challenges of teaching KS3.
