Guidance for 
Set Masterclasses

Venue: Workshops need to take place in a space with floor space, plus some tables or stage blocks for students to work on. This could be a studio or more of a classroom space. Facilitators will need approx 30 mins to set up and pack away.

Equipment: All equipment for the Main Stages & Further Stages workshops is provided by us apart from, Further Stages students will need to bring a Shoebox to make their model.

Numbers

Maximum number: 20 students per workshop/ group for Main Stages/ Further Stages.

Cost:

​

£320 for Main Stages Set Masterclass (3 hours)

£400 for Further Stages Set Masterclass (3 hours)

£650  for Main Stages + Further Stages (6 hours)

£250 for Teacher Training & Resources Package (additional costs for shipping outside of England)

£400 for Full Day Holiday Workshop (6 hours)

Please note- additional travel expenses may be added to this if workshop leaders trave more than 2 hours each way to reach the venue.

Dates: 

Workshops are available in England all year round.  Please provide your preferred date in the form below and we will contact you to confirm availability. If the date is unavailable, then we’ll work with you to find an alternative.

Deposit & Contract of Services

Once a date for your workshop has been agreed, we require a non-refundable £50 deposit to be paid. You deduct this deposit when you pay the balance, after the workshop has taken place.

Once your booking form has been processed, we will send a link to our Contract of Services page. the contract MUST be signed & the £50 deposit paid within 10 working days in order to secure your booking.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

​

If the host reschedules the booking with less than 10 days to go, a £50 administration fee will be incurred. If the host cancels the booking with less than 14 days to go before the workshop and an alternative date cannot be agreed, the host must pay 100% of the total fee.

If We Teach Drama cancels the workshop due to extenuating circumstances you will not be charged for the workshop and your deposit will be refunded.
