DESIGN PROJECTS
Set Design Project

Four hours of inspirational teaching and learning with a professional set designer, across two sessions:
Workshop 1 (2 hours)- Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of set design, experimenting with different stage spaces and basic 3D model-making. At the end of the first workshop, students will get a Design Brief, linked to a set text (chosen by the school).
Workshop 2 (2 hours)- Students present their set design project, on a set text, to the professional designer.

Costume Design Project

Four hours of inspirational teaching and learning with a professional costume designer, across two sessions:
Workshop 1 (2 hours)- Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of costume design, experimenting with different fabrics and techniques. At the end of the first workshop, students will get a Design Brief, linked to a set text (chosen by the school).
Workshop 2 (2 hours)- Students present and share their costume design project, on a set text, with the professional designer.

Sound Design Project

Four hours of inspirational teaching and learning with a professional sound designer, across two sessions:
Workshop 1 (2 hours)- Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of sound design, experimenting with Foley sound effects. At the end of the first workshop, students will get a Design Brief, linked to a set text (chosen by the school).
Workshop 2 (2 hours)- Students present and share their sound design project, on a set text, with the professional designer.

Lighting Design Project

Four hours of inspirational teaching and learning with a professional costume designer, across two sessions:

Workshop 2 (2 hours)- Students present and share their lighting design project, on a set text, with the professional designer.
